WA Web Plus offers useful business tools such as,
Broadcasting. You can send bulk messages to WhatsApp users. You can even personalize your message with their name. The only drawback is you can’t send messages in one go. There must be a gap of 2-3 seconds in each message, so your number doesn’t get banned.
Smart Replies: The system will instantly reply to users based on your set parameters. This will work only when WA Web is active in your browser.
Scheduled messaging. You can schedule messages in advance and at that time you have to open the WA Web Plus in your browser, then only the schedule feature would work.
Group Tools. This function allows you to clone groups and bulk join groups. You can find duplicate users across all the groups. You can even set a custom action, this will get triggered when people join or leave the group.
Click to Chat Generator: You can type some text such as, Hi, Hello, or anything. Then a link will be generated. You can share that link, when anyone opens it, it will have the text you wrote.
Contacts Synchronising. This function allows you to save new contacts from WA Web Plus to your mobile phone/contacts. You can use this function by downloading the WA Web Plus Mobile Partner app.
CRM integration. WA Web Plus integrates with HubSpot CRM only. If you save contact information in CRM, you can directly import contacts in WA Web Plus and send broadcast messages.
Webhooks. This feature will allow you to send data from WA Web Plus to any third-party app/software. Any data that comes in WA Web Plus, will be sent on your added webhook, and through that webhook, any application can receive that data in their system.
Once you have installed WA Web Plus in your chrome browser and connected WhatsApp Web. You’re ready to send bulk WhatsApp messages.
Step 1: Open the WA Web Plus chrome extension
Step 2: Go to “Business Tools” > click “Broadcasting”
Step 3: Choose the template message. If you don’t have then create a template message.
Step 4: Select target contacts. I chose “Import from Lists.” Then I copy and paste the contacts
Step 5: Set the separation time between messages like I send messages with a gap of 2-3 seconds. This thing allows me to avoid blocking.
As WA Web Plus is an unofficial way to send bulk messages. So you can’t send hundreds of messages in 10-15 seconds. 🙂
WhatsApp Web works on any chrome browser on your desktop or Laptop. If you want to use WhatsApp, then use the application
In some cases, it can show. That too, when you see the deleted message instantly. Or If you use the WA Web Plus Chrome extension, you can see the deleted message easily.
You can use it, but you must have two numbers. Because WhatsApp verifies your number when you sign up on the app, and if WhatsApp finds that same number in another app, then it deactivates the other app.
Yes, if you’re logged in to your WhatsApp on your browser, then anyone can access your WhatsApp Web. Don’t want anyone to see your WhatsApp Web, then once you’re done using WhatsApp, log out from the site.
In case you don’t want to log out, then use the WA Web Plus chrome extension. It has a feature called “Enable Lock Screen” and it will prevent others from accessing your WhatsApp Web.
Another way is, don’t give your device in which your WhatsApp web is logged in.
WA Web Plus is an excellent tool for sending a few thousand WhatsApp messages, like 2500 messages per day.
If you use it properly, then your number won’t get banned. I have used WA Web Plus to send 250,000 messages on WhatsApp.
But if your goal is to spam people’s WhatsApp inboxes then don’t even think of using WA Web Plus; you’ll end up getting your number banned from WhatsApp.
Use the WA Web Plus chrome extension carefully.
