Our Refund Policy

At MagicBlogging.com, we provide professional marketing services on a monthly retainer basis. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before subscribing to any of our services.

1. Nature of Services

We offer the following services:

  • Digital Marketing (Media Buying & Funnel Execution)
  • Omnichannel Marketing (Message Marketing & Retention Strategy)

All services are strategy-driven, customized, and time-based monthly retainers.

Because of the nature of digital marketing services, effort and execution begin immediately after onboarding.

2. Refund Policy

All payments made for monthly retainers are non-refundable once services have commenced.

This includes:

  • Strategy planning
  • Campaign setup
  • Funnel creation
  • Ad account work
  • Messaging execution
  • Reporting and optimization

Since we allocate team time, resources, and ad account work from day one, refunds are not issued for partially used months.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • A minimum 7-day notice before the next billing cycle is required.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing.

No refunds will be issued for the active month once billing has been processed.

4. Performance Disclaimer

Marketing results depend on multiple external factors including:

  • Market conditions
  • Offer quality
  • Ad budget
  • Competition
  • Platform policies

While we follow proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific revenue or ROI numbers.
